Seth Still Smoking is a 22-year-old member of the Blackfeet Nation. He carries a deep commitment to his people, culture, and the land that sustains them. Seth approaches food not simply as nourishment, but as a sacred connection—one that ties together history, identity, and community.
His work is rooted in preserving and uplifting Indigenous foodways, resisting the commodification of traditional knowledge, and restoring relationships between people and the land. Through cooking and community engagement, he seeks to serve those in need - especially within Native communities - rather than systems of privilege.
Seth sees himself as part of a new generation of modern warriors: individuals who protect and nurture their people through cultural practice, food sovereignty, and care. Whether in a kitchen or within his community, his purpose is grounded in healing, resilience, and honoring those who came before him.
